Payment On the Day
All treatment costs are due on the day of your appointment unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Using Your Health Fund
We make it easy to claim your rebate straight away. With HICAPS available on-site, we can process most health fund claims instantly – just bring your card to your appointment.
Preferred Provider
Happy Smiles Dental Care is a preferred provider with HCF’s More for Teeth Program, giving eligible HCF members access to fully covered check-ups, cleans, X-rays, and fluoride treatments (subject to annual limits). Learn more about HCF.
Flexible Payment Plans
Need to spread out the cost of your treatment? We offer interest-free payment plans, designed specifically for dental and orthodontic care. Inquire to find out about our flexible plans which help you get the care you need now and pay over time.
Child Dental Benefits Scheme
If your Medicare online account is linked to myGov, you can check your child’s eligibility online.
To do this:
- Sign in to myGov.
- Select Medicare.
- Select History and statements, then Child Dental Benefits Schedule.
Bulk billing is available in most cases for eligible children, our team will inform you in advance where exceptions may apply.
