Making Tamworth Smile since 2007

Originally from Bathurst, Chloe earned her degree from Charles Sturt University, Orange, before making the move to Tamworth in late 2016. She is passionate about providing high-quality dentistry, with a special interest in Oral Surgery, Dental Implants, Orthodontics and Paediatric Care. Chloe also holds operating rights at three local hospitals, allowing her to perform treatments under general anaesthetic for patients who require this.In early 2019, Chloe and her Husband Bree, took over ownership of the practice and are grateful to call Tamworth home.When she's not in the clinic, Chloe is chasing after her three young children, Digby, Charlie and Eleanor, enjoying time out on the boat water skiing, or enjoying a quiet reprieve with a book and a cup of tea.

Claire is originally from the US near the city of Boston, Massachusetts. She relocated with family to Australia where she began her dental profession at the University of Sydney. Claire married a country boy in 2016 (yee-haw!) who convinced her that regional Australia has so much to offer with their friendly communities, beautiful landscapes, and unique lifestyle. Claire values taking the time to make sure her patients understand their dental needs and treatment. She loves to be the resident nerd with all details and specifics given her background in organic chemistry. Claire has a special interest in Endodontics (root canal therapy) and is completing further study in this area. On the weekends you can find Claire eating fine culinary delights cooked by her husband, enjoying a glass of wine, and endlessly playing fetch with her 2 dogs Pablo and Gringo.

Amanda or as we call her Bell, is our very own, homegrown girl. Bell graduated from high school eager for her gap year as a dental assistant at Happy Smiles with the intention of starting university the following year to study teaching. Oh how 1 year with the Happy Smiles team can change your perspective!

We are very lucky that Bell decided to come back home upon completing a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy at University of Newcastle. She has a special interest in paediatric dentistry and is always a crowd favourite with the tiny ones.

Outside of working, our forever smiling Bell will be found anywhere outside and hanging out with her two dogs, Rip and Spud.

Zade is originally from Sydney and trained at the University of Sydney before making the move to regional New South Wales. He is excited to now call Tamworth home and be part of the local community.

Zade enjoys all aspects of oral health, with a strong focus on preventive care, restorative treatments and helping patients feel comfortable and at ease in the chair. He has a special interest in working with children and loves helping young patients feel relaxed, confident and happy during their visits. Zade is known for his calm, friendly approach and enjoys taking the time to explain treatment and educate patients about their oral health.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Zade at the gym, playing basketball or having a chat with friends about life, sport and anything in between.

Born in New Zealand, GK moved to Sydney and completed a degree in dentistry. Having always wanted to explore the Australian countryside, he decided to make the move to Tamworth.

With his friendly and gentle demeanour, GK makes all his patients feel welcomed and cared for. He loves all aspects of general dentistry and  has a special interest in oral surgery.

Outisde of dentistry, Gk enjoys singing, playing the guitar or heading out on a road trip. He’s also a sports fanatic and loves to have a yarn with his patients about anything sports related.

Originally from Canada, Nishi (pronounced “knee-shi”) decided to swap the snow for the sunshine when she made the move to study her dentistry degree in Sydney. Having always wanted to work in the country, Nishi decided that Tamworth was the perfect place to scratch that itch.

She prides herself on being thorough and always putting her patient’s best interests first. She has a bubbly personality and a calming presence and has a knack of putting even the most anxious patient’s at ease.

When Nishi is not working, you will see her in the kitchen baking or vlogging about her favourite foods. She is also a lover of the outdoors and is always in search of the road less traveled.

Millie is one of our fabulous Oral Health Therapists here at Happy Smiles. She is a Tamworth local who we had the pleasure of working with back in 2017 when she started working. Once Millie completed school she became a gap year girl here until she ventured off to Newcastle University to start her criminology degree. Things took a turn for Millie when she realised after working in dental for a few years that she really loved it and wanted to pursue it for her career.

When you see Millie for your appointment you will love her for all the same reasons we do! She loves what she does and is always looking to educate and help her patients.

When Millie is not working you will probably find her reading a book, spending time with her loved ones or playing with her puppy Lenny.

Although originally from Newcastle, after coming to Tamworth for placement during her degree Lilly fell in love with the community and lifestyle here. From then it was her goal to come back and live and work within our great community.

Lilly's favourite thing about being an OHT is helping to motivate patients to prioritise their oral health by creating a supportive and encouraging environment. Lilly especially loves seeing young patients and helping them establish a positive outlook on their oral health and dental visits.

When she's not working Lilly loves reading, pilates, cooking & visiting new restaurants

Sharon was born in Tamworth and started as a dental assistant in 1989 at another busy Tamworth dental practice. Sharon has completed her Cert III and IV in Dental Assisting and Dental Radiography. She has been with Happy Smiles since it opened in 2007 and has been Practice Manager since 2017.

Sharon is very involved within the community and is always looking for new ways for Happy Smiles to raise money for both local and overseas charities.

Travelling around Australia, camping and gardening are only a few of her passions. Oh and Christmas of course, she loooves Christmas!

This is a face you might not see much of around our practice. Meet Bree, he is the business brains of our operation here at Happy Smiles - his work behind the scenes keeps the business up and running.

During his time of owning Happy Smiles, Bree has become extremely skilled at girl talk, as the girls well and truly outnumber him.

When he is not working on one of his many ventures, Bree loves playing soccer and anything motorsport but his greatest love is spending time with his kids Digby, Charlie & Eleanor
